Charge not picked for Inward return
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Complete an inward 5555 cheque deposit.
2. Return the same cheque using 6570.
3. Check for the charges collected as maintained in ARC.
4. Validate the charges and the cheque return amount that is displayed on the screen.
