system is failing while removing the migrated accounts from the pool.Account not linked to pool properly (Doc ID 2685490.1)

Symptoms

while migrating account to OFSLL, account is linked to a pool id for securitization

After migration system fails with error while removing that account from the pool.

ERROR

No Pool Found, invalid Action

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following step

  1. Go to securitization screen -> Pool Inquiry Tab
  2. Verify the pools and the accounts linked to the pool and the pool transaction done for that account.
  3. Prepare a account dump file to process through API batch process place in the input folder to pick by the system.
  4. Go to batch job and select the batch job set SET-API. Select Batch Job APIDMP_BJ_100_01 To load the API accounts into the system
  5. To verify whether the API account is loaded check "Select * from api_accounts". See account status is active with reference number and ACC_POO_POOL has pool id.ACC_POO_SUPER_POOL will be undefined.
  6. Again select SET-API JOB Set and select batch job ACCDMP_BJ_100_01. to move the API records to Iaccounts Table.
  7. To verify whether the API record is moved to Iaccounts check "Select * from iapplications where app_nbr=<Provide the app nbr from API record>". App_ERROR_IND will be None and APP_conversion dt will be the date account got boarded into the system. App_dt will be the application effective date
  8. Again select SET-API JOB Set and select batch job ACCVAL_BJ_111_01. To validate the records in I Tables for consistency and business rules.
  9. To verify whether any validations fired and pending to be cleared check "Select * from iedit_result_details where app_AAD_ID=<>". App_ERROR_IND will be Validated in iapplications 
  10. Again select SET-API JOB Set and select batch job ACCAAI_BJ_100_01 to move the records to actual accounts tables
  11. To verify whether the records moved to accounts check "Select * from Accounts where acc_aad_id=<>" ACC_APP_SOURCE_CD will be Undefined.ACC_APP_STATUS_CD will be New and ACC_APP_SUBSTATUS_CD will be undefined.Acc_Status_cd will be Active
    1. App_ERROR_IND will be processed in iapplications. 
  12. Go to securitization screen -> Pool Inquiry Tab
  13. Verify the pools and whether migrated accounts linked to the pool and the pool transaction done for that account
  14. Send a web service request to remove the migrated account from the pool. Response will be success in the status code with statusdetails "Account removed from pool"
  15. Go to securitization screen -> Pool Inquiry Tab
  16. Verify the pools and whether migrated accounts de-linked from the pool

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users not able to remove the account from the securitization
