Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to access OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) application and below error is observed in logs.

ERROR
--------------
Internal Exception: weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolLimitSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool DIGX to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

OBDX application should work seamlessly.

STEPS
-----------------------
This is a performance issue which happens intermittently and can not be reproduced at will. Monitor the application, managed server logs and database reports in case of slow performance and unavailability of the application.
