Symptoms

Number of OTP count exhausted error in chatbot without exceeding the number of OTP count.

When trying the Balance inquiry service in the chatbot from ODA. User is getting the error on screen 'Invalid OTP. Sorry,Number of attempts exhausted.' without exceeding the number of OTP count.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Simulation Steps:

Step 1: Type Balance in the chatbot
Step 2: Provide the Mobile number , OTP will be received to the mobile number.
Step 3: Enter wrong OTP for the first time , below error message will shown on screen.
'Invalid OTP. Please enter the OTP sent to your mobile number.'
Step 4: Enter correct OTP.it gives below error on screen
'Invalid OTP. Sorry,Number of attempts exhausted.'
