Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Approver is not able to view the initiated workflow details for a user group

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Approver should able to view the initiated workflow details for a user group

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with admin user
2. Navigate to "Others->User group Management"
3. Select "Administrative User"
4. Click on "Create" button
5. Create group with multiple users.
6. Navigate to "Approvals->Work Flow Management"
7. Create workflow by selecting usergroups.
8. On main dashboard, under activity log , click on "Administrative Maintenance"
9. Click on workflow reference no.
10. Group level details are not visible under "Approval Details"


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to view group details for user group.

Changes

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
