Symptoms

CIDPYMNT: Reversal using Auto Athorization failed with error
Reversal Transaction on Save using AutoAuth User failed with Error CL-PMTV02. When the same payment was reversed using non-auto authorization, the reversal was saved and authorized successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Reversal of CL Payment using CIDPYMNT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save the Reversal of Payment using autoAuth User.
