Cl event reverse issue

We are getting an error while tying to reverse a cl event.

CL-LIQD06 Error while updating limits for component PRINCIPAL


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try doing a Event Reversal for a CL contract
2. Verify the Response

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reverse the CL Event
