On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user tried to create the Account from 2 different branches for the same customer, same account number is generated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account number should unique across the bank.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to branch1.
2. Go to STDCUSAC.
3. Enter the Customer id and other required details and click on populate to generate the account number.
4. Go to branch2.
5. Repeat step 2 and step 3.

The issue has the following business impact:
