ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System is taking too much time in GLDPRDCL

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not take much time in GLDPRDCL

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch GLDPRDCL
2. click on new.
3. close the record.
4. save and authorize

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close a period code immediately. System takes much time to close the period code
