Accounting Overrides Not Shown For Checkbook Order (CADCHBOO) For Auto-Auth Case (Doc ID 2686726.1)

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Accounting overrides not shown for checkbook order (CADCHBOO) for Auto-Auth case

When ordering a cheque book, there are charges to be applied (as maintained through STDCHGMN for CADCHBOO).  

Account/Transaction Code is Configured for Overdraft/Limit CheckRequired/Available Balance Check Required.

However, if the Account Balance goes to Overdraft (AC-OVD01), Accounting overrides are NOT shown to User if it is Auto-Auth user.

In case of "Non Auto-Auth" user, Accounting Overrides are shown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Account Overrides should be shown for Auto-Auth case as well


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, User/Customer is not notified of Balance going in to overdraft.
