On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When payments are received which do not start with / in field 59 line 1, the Ultimate Beneficiary in Party Details remains unpopulated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that system should populate the Ultimate Beneficiary fields in Party Details, even when the / is omitted

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receive FT Incoming payment which do not start with / in field 59 line 1
2. Browse to screen FTDTRONL
3. Observe that the Ultimate Beneficiary in Party Details remains unpopulated

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot see/get the Ultimate Beneficiary fields in Party Details in screen FTDTRONL.
