ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the Bulk File Record Details screen download option does not download file in excel format.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In the Bulk File Record Details screen download option must download file in excel format.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using the corporate user
2. Go to Bulk menu --> Bulk File View
3. Click on Search and click on file reference number
4. On records screen, click on Download button.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download the records in excel format.
