ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ACC_LINKED_ACC_NBR not populated on Linked account during migration

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should link the account number provided migration

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Migrate Master Account
2) Migrate Associated Account-1
3) Migrate Associated Account-2. During migration of Account-2, provide ACC_LINKED_ACC_NBR = Associated Account-1

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Bank could not link the account numbers while migration
