STDCUSAC: Collateral deletes after Limit enhancement (Doc ID 2687735.1)

On : 12.0.1 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Limit Enhancement at STDCUSAC Issue

During Limit enhancement from the STDCUSAC level and found that pool amount is increased. But the problem is that at the pool level all the attached Collateral are being vanished except only one Collateral. As of why interest rate is showing only one plain rate which is the highest one. This is the wrong functionality which have been changed from the existing one.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Old collateral should not be deleted

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick up a Account to Enhance the limit
2. Modify the Account and increase the limit
3. Validate the Collateral details at the pool level

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users is not able to see all the collateral after limit enhancement
