International Pay Later Fails When Working Window is Maintained (Doc ID 2687932.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

When attempting to Perfrom  International Transfers pay later  the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
System can not process , please try again later


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBdx
2. Perform International Funds Transfer pay later 
3. Funds transfer request is sent to HOST,
4. post response , error is displayed on the screen as system can not process, please try again later


Changes

 Working window is set for International Funds Transfer
