Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In any fund transfer transaction, system does not check transaction limit.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should check transaction limit and should not allow transaction with amount higher the allowed limit.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As an admin user configure transaction limit for fund transfer.
2. As a retail user, initiate fund transfer with amount higher than configured amount.
3. Observe that system is allowing the transfer to be processed.
