Edit User Group Subject Mapping Causes Blank Screen (Doc ID 2688617.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After application of patch set 18.2.3.0.0 the following behavior is observed:

When Admin user is trying to Edit the User Group Subject Mapping for existing user group , blank screen is displayed on click of user group name .

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-----------------------

Admin user should be able to edit User Group Subject Mapping for all existing user groups.

 

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Ensure that patch set 18.2.3.0.0 is applied. Log in as admin user.

2. Click on User Group Subject Mapping transaction

3. Search required user group name to edit and try click on the user group name.

4. Blank screen is displayed.



Changes

 Patch set 18.2.3.0.0  was recently applied.
