Symptoms

When attempting to view the account statement, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The system has encountered an error while processing the request

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to My Account-->Account Statement
3. Provide appropriate filter criteria-->Submit
