Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Email is not sent after new corporate/retail user creation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Email should be sent after new corporate/retail user creation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Admin user
2. Create new corporate/retail user by navigating "User Management"
3. Click on "Create" button.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, email is not sent to newly created corporate/Retail user

Changes

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
