Rate not applied on PC contract as per the product preference.

RAte code should be applied as per the maintenance done at product level

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PC contract through webservice with cross currency
2.Check the rate code applied

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create correct PC contracts
