Symptoms



When attempting to authorized chequebook
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

CS-CHG-003 Failed to compute charge

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Go to CADCHBOO.
2- Destroy a chequebook.
3 Go and authorize the record.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize destroyed cheque book.
