Symptoms


When attempting to confirm any fund transfer in mobile application banking
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unfortunately App, has stopped.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to App.
2. Click on Transfer and select own account Transfer.
3. Fill details and click on Initiate.
4. On verify screen click on Submit

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users is not able to know the status of his transaction.
