ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System is not removing the lien when the collateral is closed from GEDCOLLT screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should remove the lien when Collateral is closed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Create a Collateral
2. Link TD to the collateral
3. Save and authorize the contract
4. TD is displayed on FCR end, TDM24 screen.
5. Close the Collateral and authorize the record.

Now check TDM24 screen, and the lien still exists.

Due to this issue, users cannot remove the lien post closure of the collateral.
