ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer is not receiving the File upload SMS and Email alerts for the status Processing In Progress and Processed
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

customer should get bulk file processing alert.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Corporate user.
2. Upload a file, Toggle Menu -> File upload.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users does not know the progress of uploaded file
