Settlement account is not getting replaced with GL code for LQ processing during CLIQ event
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

Settlement account should be replaced with GL code for LQ processing during CLIQ event
STEPS:
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Book LC contract with commission attached
2)Track Receivable enabled for Commission Rule
3)ARAP Code for Producgt - ALL combination
4)Eligible for AR-AP Tracking Selected for Customer
5)During CLIQ event, LQ contract should be processed properly
