Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The SDSC(Single Debit Single Credit_) bulk upload file is not going into PIP(Processing in progress) status for current/future dated transactions.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After approval of bulk upload SDSC file, it should go in status PIP before moving into the status Processed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to corporate user.
2. Toggle Menu -> File Uploaded Inquiry
3. Search for the uploaded files and will display the details
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Users get confused as normally file should move to processing in progress before moving to processed stage
