ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Email notification not sent for fund transfers and bill payments.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email notifications must be sent on doing fund transfers and bill payments.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. Click on Bill Payment--> Pay Bill
3. Select Biller, Account no, enter amount and click on Pay.
4. Check if email notification is received.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users does not get email notification for bill payment and fund transfer.
