To Display Proper Error Message For Locked User Account In Soft Token Android Application (Doc ID 2692526.1)

Symptoms

When an user, locked due to invalid login attempts, attempts to register soft token application,
the following error occurs.

"Error"


NOTE
-----------------------
This is simulated when user is locked in web-browser due to incorrect OTP entered N-Times. If user tries to login to OBDX Application, it prompts proper error message "User Account is Locked due to ........". However, in Soft Token Android app, there is no such account locked error message.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make Sure User Account is Locked.
2. Launch Soft Token App
3. Enter Credentials.
4. Tap on "Register". App prompts "Error" only box.There is no information in soft Token App related to Locked user account.
