User Failed To Register In Android Soft-Token App After Max-attempts Of Wrong Pin. (Doc ID 2692540.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank user failed to register in application after max-attempts of wrong PIN.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After max-attempts of wrong PIN user should able to register in application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch app
2. Register Successfully.
3. Enter PIN
4. Enter Retype PIN
5. Close App and Kill from Recent Apps List
6. Re-Launch App
7. Enter Wrong PIN. It prompts "Invalid PIN".
8. Close Pop-up.
9. Again Enter wrong PIN. It prompts "Invalid PIN".
10. Close Pop-up
11. Again Enter wrong PIN.
12. At this point, app shows error "No of max allowed attempts ........."
13. Click on OK.
14. on Add Screen, App is failed to add User with correct Credentials.
