Bulk File Uploaded In Invalid Format Is Stuck In Uploaded Status And No Error Is Displayed On Screen (Doc ID 2692651.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Bulk files uploaded in invalid formats such as  '*.XLSM' are stuck in uploaded status and do not get processed further.

Also no error is displayed on the screen due to which user is unable to understand the issue.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Whenever user uploads a bulk file in an file format which is not allowed, application should throw error on screen thus indicating  that its invalid file format  .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Go to File Uploads>Upload a bulk file in 'XLSM' format.
3. Check the status of the file.
