Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to amend LC contract.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to amend the LC contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a LC contract by using WMS
2. Unlock the contract.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot unlock the contracts which are created with hold status from WMS
