Symptoms

Email Alerts Are Not Getting Delivered to the Customers,
the following error is observed in logs.

java.lang.Exception: LDB Not Supported
at com.iflex.fcat.xjava.alerts.AlertUtil.insertAlertMessage(AlertUtil.java:852)
at com.iflex.fcat.services.apps.chase.ChaseFlowHandler.generateAlert(ChaseFlowHandler.java:1342)
at com.iflex.fcat.services.apps.handlers.DefaultUserLifeCycleAlertHandler.resetUserTransactionPin(DefaultUserLifeCycleAlertHandler.java:544)
at com.iflex.fcat.services.apps.endpoints.PasswordService.resetPin(PasswordService.java:1450)
at com.iflex.fcat.services.apps.endpoints.PasswordService.resetPasswordOrPin(PasswordService.java:1158)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCDB application
2. Perform any transaction for which the alert is configured
