Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
In Flexcube Direct Banking (FCDB), When Admin sends any Mail to User with the attachments, the same is not visible on the Mailbox screen in user's login.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Any Attachments sent by Admin along with mail should be visible to the end user.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Bank Admin and Navigate to Services --> Mailbox and initiate a mail with attachments.
2. Check the sent items --> the attachment would be visible here at this stage.
3. Login as a Retail User and check the mail --> No attachments are visible.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the attachments along with the mails sent by Bank Administrator.

No change to environment/account/hardware causes this issue.
