Report: FRY-14Q
Schedules: M1,M2 and K

The reporting conditions for MRA requirements of all the "small business" MDRMs in FRY14Q Schedules( M1,M2 and K ), Instructions is mentioned to report small business loans included in FR Y-9C, Schedule HC-C, lines 2.a, 2.b, 3, 4.a, 4.b, 7, 9.a, 9.b.(2), and 10.b. But in the OFSAA logic there is a filter on Standard_Party_Type_Hierarchy IN ("SMSE","CORSML"). This filter cannot be met because the FRY-9C lines 2.a and 2.b the standard party types have to be "BNK", "CCB", "CU", "OTHDI" and similarly for Line 7 - Loans to foreign governments and official institutions ("LOANFOREOFFINST") the list of applicable standard party types doesn't have "SME" and "CORSML".

Further on reg product classification code and HIR_Underwriting_Desc_Basis_Code="SCORED" should be sufficient condition to filter small business loans from their corresponding Y9C Lines. Also, In the Y14Q Schedule M Line 2.b Small business loans instructions it has mentioned as Small business loans are loans that are "scored" or "delinquency managed" for which a commercial internal_risk rating is not used.
