In IOS Application Atm/Branch Locator Screen, "Get Direction'' Functionality Not Working (Doc ID 2694665.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. iphone/android apps are showing the count of nearest branches but no pop-up appears with the details of branches.
2. In iPhone app, Get-Directions functionality is not working.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. Branch details should appear after clicking "View Details" in both Android and iOS
2. "Get Dirction" should work in iOS.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for nearest brunch in ATM/Branch locator.
2. "View Details" does not work in iOS and android
3. Get direction does not work in iOS
