On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System has selected wrong Effective Date Interest Rate at the time of TD Rollover


System has selected Interest Rates from future Effective Date 14/06/2020 Rates for TD Renewed on LAST_ROLLOVER_DATE 13/06/2020.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rate should be picked based on Rollover Date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. select a TD which rollover date falls on Bank holiday

2.Maintain a new effective date UDE for the next working day

3. Run EOD to move to next working day

4. Verify the Rate populated for the TD

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate the correct rate applied
