Error "System Cannot Process.." in Manage Payees and Transfer Money Transactions for Specific Customer (Doc ID 2695241.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to do any type of fund transfers or while looking up for payees, for one corporate customer
the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) Application as a Corporate User
2. Go to Manage Payees from Dashboard
3. Error - "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later"

4. Navigate to Payments --> Transfer Money option - Same error is noted.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, one particular user cannot do any type of transfers.
