Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While migrating account through web service, Value for Purpose attribute provided appearing as blank in the application. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
when Accounts are migrated through web service, system  should consider the values as per the BRD to migrate and update in the system.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a web service request and send to the application web service process.Make sure you have provided a value for the purpose attribute
2. Once web service request is processed check the account for the purpose filed


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users not able to check the purpose of the account created
