UDF Policy number is not visible in SI contract
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

UDF should be visible in SI contract screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a UDF at product
2. Try to modify the UDF at contract
