System is allowing to post Non-monetary Txn - Statement Preference Mode which should be validated with error message (Doc ID 2695780.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

System is allowing to post back dated non-monetary txn. e.g Statement Preference mode

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

System should not allow to post back dated non monetary transaction like statement preference mode on an account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Select an active loan account.
  2. Make sure that GL post dt is not current date(GL Date  < system date).
  3. Go to customer service-->maintenance and uncheck the monetary check box.
  4. Select statement preference mode transaction from drop down and click on post button.
  5. Verify system posted the transaction or system failed with error message

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, non monetary transaction can be posted back date which causes ambiguity with customer and bank users.
