FCDB is not preventing transaction initiation while Branch EOD/EOC is Running. (Doc ID 2696106.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
FCDB is able to post Funds Transfer to Host while Branch EOD Running and Host Interface Configuration is set as FLEXML.EODCHECK = 'Y'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
FCDB should verify the Branch EOD Running Check and display the pop-up message accordingly while initiating Funds Transfer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCDB Corporate/Retail Application
2. Go to "Payments"
3. Initiate "Own Account Transfer" while Branch EOD Running.
4. FCDB send the transaction to Host.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

1. Funds Transfer Transaction must not be submitted through Internet Banking System during Branch EOD Running at Core Banking System.
