ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Upload of SWIFT messages from EMS/IN/READY folder into FCUBS is not successful.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Upload of SWIFT messages from EMS/IN/READY folder into FCUBS should be successful.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Place a message file with name length > 20 char.
2. Run EMS_IN Job.
3. Check the status of the message insertion into mstb_dly_msg_in.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process incoming SWIFT messages.
