Schedule HC-M

Line 2: Debt maturing in one year or less: BHCK6555

HC-M Line 2: Debt maturing in one year or less (included in Schedule HC, items 16 and 19.a) that is issued to unrelated third parties by bank subsidiaries.
On validating the configuration from 8092, it was observed that this MDRM using Regulatory product class as “OTHBORMON” and this is being configured through rule RLUS_FRAS_REG_PROD_CLASS_00 and RLUS_FRAS_REG_PROD_CLASS_01.

1)RLUS_FRAS_REG_PROD_CLASS_00 and RLUS_FRAS_REG_PROD_CLASS_01 do not have configuration for “due bills representing the holding company’s receipt of payment”. Please clarify how this instrument is configured for the MDRM?
2)How is the system identify borrowing from federal reserve bank and on Federal Home Loan Bank advances in this MDRM?
3)How is the system fulfilling the requirement to include purchases of ‘‘term federal funds"
