RT Webservice API Reversal transaction External Ref No going NULL


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
External ref number to be present for reversal

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a RT Webservice transaction with External ref number
2. Reverse the Transaction
3. Validate the External ref


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, External ref number is missing for the reversal
