Unable to process GEFU Upload due to maximum limit exceeded - Error DE-10017 (Doc ID 2697123.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.2 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to upload the Journal Batch (DEDUPLOD), the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
DE-10017 GEFU Upload Reached Max Limit Please Try Again After Sometime.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Journal Batch Upload screen (DEDUPLOD)
2. Input the source code/batch number details and try to upload the batch file.
3. Check whether the batch file has been processed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to upload the batch file to post journal entries on time.
