OTP Not Sent On Forgot Username Self Service Option (Doc ID 2697570.1)

Symptoms

When retrieving "User name" with option "Forgot Username" and after providing the valid details, OTP is not sent on the registered mail id or phone number.

ERROR

No Error on screen


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Login Page
2. Click on the Forgot Username link
3. Provide the required details and click on the submit

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot fetch their username.
