Account Closing Issue with error ST-EXP2 - Account can be closed only if Status is NORM (Doc ID 2698054.1)

Symptoms

Users facing issue - "status should be normal" while trying to close the accounts. After clearing all dues, status is not moving back to Normal, causing the issue.

ST-EXP2 - Account can be closed only if Status is NORM

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Liquidate all dues on the CASA account with OD facility
2. Try to close the account on the same day.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the CASA accounts with OD facility even after settling all dues.
