Intermittent Failure While Checking Loan Disbursement Inquiry with Error "System Cannot Process Request Currently. Please Try After Sometime" (Doc ID 2698108.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to check the Loan Disbursement Inquiry from OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) Application,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
System cannot process request currently. Please try after sometime.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX Application as a Retail User
2. Go to Loans --> Check on Loan Disbursement Inquiry.
3. Intermittently - error "System cannot process request currently. Please try after sometime" is noted

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot check the Loan Disbursement Inquiry screen.

Changes

No changes done to  product, account or hardware causes this issue. This is an Intermittent behavior.
