Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer experiencing performance issue with account activation service(on boarding through restful webservice). Funding / Account activation response time increased from 2 secs to 24 secs

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Funding / Account activation response time should be 2 secs to 3 secs as earlier

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Board an account using account activation(restful web service) with asset tracking attribute

2. Verify the ob process time for boarding the account

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, Customer day to day operation is based on the Loan application received and funded. Since this is taking longer time, it is impacting the business.
