Reject Reason Code Should Be Mandatory When GSRP Flag Is Yes (Doc ID 2698368.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The system allows to accept the Reject Transaction without providing Reject Reason Code.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Reject Reason Code has to be mandatory when the GSRP flag is "Yes".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Inject a MT103 message which should eb GPI enabled and GSRP flag should be Yes.
2.Inject a MT192 message for the MT103 injected in step1.
3.Click on the Accept button for the cancellation request injected in step2 using the screen PQSICLRQ.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the system does not validate for mandatory check of field Reject Reason Code.
